    I can provide a superbill that you can submit to insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

    For the most accurate reimbursement rate, I recommend you reaching out to your insurance directly with questions below.

  • I encourage you to call your insurance carrier to verify out-of-network coverage. Here are some questions you can ask:

    • Does my plan cover out-of-network providers?

    • Do my benefits cover telehealth/online therapy services?

    • Does my deductible apply to mental health counseling? If so, what is my out-of-network deductible and have I met it yet this year?

    • Do I have a restricted number of visits per year for mental health counseling? If yes, how many visits?

    • What is the out-of-network reimbursement rate for the following CPT code?

      • 90791 -Individual intake

      • 90837 -Individual Psychotherapy

      • 90847 or 90846 -relational therapy

  • Initial 15-minute consultation: Free

    Regular 50-60 minute session: $200 for individuals, $220 for couples

    75-minute individual/couples intake: $275

    Extended Sessions/intensives

    • 90 minutes-$325

    • 120 minutes-$425

    I reserve limited sliding scale slots for those unemployed, uninsured, and/or unable to afford my full fee.

  • You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

    Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
